AT A GLANCE INFO: Two modern, tastefully decorated holiday apartments (max. 2/4 pax) in the centre of Granada near Plaza Nueva just below the Alhambra: lounge/kitchen/dining area, bedroom, bathroom. Perfect for individuals, couples, families. Peaceful. There is a mirador (viewpoint) directly outside the apartments with views of the Granada and the Albaicín. The apartments are on the ground floor but there are steps up to the door and so would not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Both have flatscreen TVs with DVD/USB. WIFI Internet. Heating: electric radiators in Mirador 1, AC/heating in Mirador 2. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

The apartments are ideally located: they are only 125 metres from Plaza Nueva and 400 metres from the Cathedral and the Gran Vía.

The deposit is non-refundable.

To book the apartment, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. The remainder is paid on arrival.

You will be asked to pay a damages deposit of 100€ on arrival and this will be returned to you before you leave.
