the modern shopping area (everything of interest in Granada.)
In 5 minutes walk you can get to: 3 Italian restaurants, 15 tapas
bars, 1 Indian restaurant, 1 mexican restaurant, countless other
restaurants, 4 banks, 3 supermarkets, 2 internet cafes, 2 art galleries,
1 police
station,
2 free wifi access points, 1 fishmongers, 2 green grocers etc.

This apartment is very
popular with parents of students studying Spanish at the Centro
de Lenguas Modernas.
Parking:
The apartment is
situated in a pedestrian street
so you cannot
drive to the door.
There are
a lot of roadworks going on in Granada at the moment so we advise
you to put your car in an underground public parking (30 euros per
week) then get a taxi. We provide maps and exact instructions. There
are nearer parking garages but they cost 20 euros per day and are
not easy to get to.

Walk in shower with 100 litre electric water tank. Bidet,

Sun Terrace:
The apartment is at the top of the building so we have a private
roof terrace with 2 sun loungers.
Heating:
Oil filled electric radiators and 3000 calorie heat pump
in the lounge.
Notes:
The apartment is in a normal residential block. It is on the
3rd floor and there is no lift so it is NOT suitable for people who
have difficulty climbing stairs.
Golondrina means Swallow in Spain. There are a lot of Swallows flying
around the rooftops especially around the church.

To book an apartment you must pay a downpayment of 25% in advance.
You must pay the rest on arrival.
